We've implemented a repeatable culture assessment survey process that's helped us identify barriers that need to be overcome to improve our safety and health performance. This is helping us overcome obstacles and driving continuous improvement.

Congratulations on an impressive effort to improving safety and health outcomes through effective management and communications. As a college professor, I am interested in teaching our students about this program and in implementing it at the mine where we train our students in the fundamentals of workplace safety and health.
